How do we get by in trying times? How do we make sense of the world we live in? Music and song have always been a balm and a tonic for those who need a little help on their journeys, whether that's needed in the form of inspiration, comfort, hope, or relief. Inside the word troubadour, the word true rings out, and this is where all four of these artists connect. With several dozen albums of their own, multiple Grammy wins and nominations, their songs recorded by artists as varied as Garth Brooks and Boy George, The Dixie Chicks and Jimmy Buffett, Tim McGraw, Kathy Mattea, and Bettye Lavette, these four artists—Tim O'Brien, Mary Gauthier, Jan Fabricius and Jamiee Harris—have been there, and done that; found their lifeline in music and song, and offered it to it to the world. This will be an acoustic show that focuses on stories of struggle and redemption, and songs of the heart.
