This event is being held as part of the annual La Cosecha Dual Language Conference and will help raise money for Dual Language Education of New Mexico's teacher scholarship fund.

Host Carlos Medina is a singer, songwriter, actor and comedian. Born in Las Vegas, NM, Carlos performs throughout the Southwest with his acoustic trio, 4-piece conjunto and Mariachi.  His comedy is based on his life, growing up in Northern New Mexico.

Born and raised in the Norte of Arroyo Seco in Taos County, Anthony "Animal" Garcia brings a unique blend of wit, charm, and razor-sharp humor to the stage. With a larger-than-life personality and a knack for storytelling, Animal captivates audiences with his hilarious tales of everyday life and current events. 

While in college, Adrianne Chalepah honed her skills in film production, journalism, and stand-up comedy. Upon graduating with honors, Chalepah joined the popular Native stand-up group 49 Laughs Comedy, and co-founded Three Sisters Comedy. You can also catch her on FX’s "Reservation Dogs," Peacock’s "Rutherford Falls" and Netflix’s "Spirit Rangers."

Loy Lee is a talented and hilarious Asian American stand-up comedian. Despite coming from a family of blue-collar New Englanders, Loy's sharp wit and unique perspective have driven his success in the industry. Loy's dedication to his craft and commitment to changing the narrative for Asian Americans have made him a sought-after performer in the comedy industry. 

Cody Dove's one-of-a-kind live performances are a mix of stand-up and spontaneous theater. In addition to being an actor in feature films and streaming series, Cody is an accomplished improvisational comedian. Cody is an alum of The Second City.

Rusty Rutherford was named one of the top 5 comedians in Albuquerque for 8 years in a row (Albuquerque the Magazine). You may recognize a little of your own insanity in Rusty's odd but relatable look at society around him while becoming sucked into the fun he is having on stage.

Baracutanga is more than just a band that makes people dance; it's a musical movement with a powerful message. Their vibrant music is a fusion, born organically from the diverse musical backgrounds and interests of its members. Kilko Paz, a charango virtuoso from Bolivia, Carlos Noboa, a bass/andean flutes player from Ecuador, Tito Rios, a classical guitarist from Bolivia, and the dynamic Peruvian vocalist Jackie Zamora share the stage as the band’s South American members. The rhythmic heartbeat of Baracutanga comes from the talented percussionists Nick Baker (USA), David Flores (USA), and Andres Ramirez (Mexico), while the versatile guitarist/accordion player/vocalist Casey Mraz (USA), and trombonist/andean flute player Micah Hood (USA) bring soulful harmonies and the band’s energetic melodies to life. With some members being classically-trained musicians and others are self-taught musicians, the members of Baracutanga produce music and live shows in a unique and colorful way.
