Join us for an evening of comedy and dance for a fundraiser supporting education!

Host Carlos Medina is a singer, songwriter, actor and comedian who hosts the All Fierce Comedy Show, which features monthly at the world famous "Juan" Cocteau Theater in Santa Fe.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico, José Maestas moved to LA for a life in stand-up comedy. Having written and performed comedy since he was 18, Jose hit the ground running in LA and has performed at many well-known clubs with an energetic brand of physical comedy, impressions, and characters. Growing up Chicano shaped his sense of humor, love of family, and his perspective on America.

Sammy Anzer has written for Kevin Hart's LOL Network, captured Ziwe's interest for an interview, and appeared on PBS Roots of Comedy, Funny or Die, and Skankfest. Most recently, his debut comedy album reached #1 on iTunes and is in regular rotation on Sirius XM.

Rusty Rutherford's twisted comedy has "More Energy Than A High School Cheer Squad" (Montreal Fringe Festival). He was named one of the top 5 comedians in Albuquerque for 8 years in a row (Albuquerque the Magazine) and you may recognize a little of your own insanity in Rusty's odd but relatable look at society around him while becoming sucked into the fun he is having on stage.

Isabel Madley is a classically-trained actor and Vassar girl, but don't let that fool you—she's a tacky and ill-mannered stand-up with an adolescent sense of humor. A local of Santa Fe, she has appeared in comedy festivals throughout the Southwest and LA and has opened for nationally-touring comedians such as Pete Lee (The Tonight Show) and Hari Kondabolu (NPR).

Korey Herrera is a comedian from Cochiti Pueblo. He is the first person in his tribe to pursue stand up comedy.

Gian Hernandez is a stand-up comic out of Santa Fe who regularly performs at shows in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque. In addition to his comedy, Gian has also been a practicing martial artist from a young age, holding a black belt in Kung Fu and a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu.

AFTER PARTY WITH SON COMO SON!

Founded in 1993, soon after band director and renowned trombonist, vocalist, percussionist, composer, and arranger César Bauvallet moved from Havana, Cuba to Albuquerque, Son Como Son performs Salsa Cuban Style. Playing regularly over the years to packed audiences comprising highly animated and dedicated salseros at the NM Jazz Workshop's Salsa Under the Stars Series, The Cooperage, and the Telluride Jazz Festival, Son Como Son features some of Albuquerque's most accomplished and busiest musicians, most of whom have been with the band for over 25 years!
