El Gozao & Los 33 ABQ

We are excited to return for a second year to Winrock Park, with free concerts on Fridays in May, June and July. Last year established Winrock as THE place to be on Fridays! Join us for your favorite local bands, food trucks, beer, wine and vendors, a grassy park, a playground. Something for everyone!

The concerts will start at 6:30 and feature two groups each night. 

• Feel free to bring chairs to the concert.
• Food trucks will be onsite and outside food is welcome in the park.
• Please do not bring alcohol or glass bottles.
• Bring your water bottle, as there are water stations in the park.
• There is ample parking around Winrock.  We encourage people to take advantage of the large underground parking lot.
• This concert series is made possible due to a very generous Visit Albuquerque Innovator Grant.

El Gozao is a high energy cumbianbero group playing all the cumbia hits of the moment and some original songs too!

For over five years, El Gozao has been making a name for itself in the Latin music scene. Inspired by older cumbia-style music, the group brings a new flair to the style while maintaining its originality.

Los 33 ABQ is a dynamic Latin music band led by Edgar Wonder, featuring Edgar on guitar and vocals, alongside his brother Edwin Hernandez on rhythm guitar and backup vocals. The lineup also includes Tyler Williams on drums, Jim Barth on percussion, and Angel Cruz on bass. Known for their signature Burque-style sound, Los 33 delivers catchy and iconic Latin music, blending classic cumbia hits with creative cumbia remixes of unexpected songs.
